The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, buses, and St Vincent's hospital. The rooms, although basic, are very clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The dining options could be better with more variety. Overall, a great value for money stay.

The hotel rooms were smaller than expected and had a strong smell of bleach and mustiness, making it a bit stuffy. The air conditioning was simple and loud, not matching the pictures provided. The bathroom was dirty, with pubes and old stickers on the tiles, and the window was screwed shut, making it challenging to enjoy the stay.
